SATURDAY MORNINGS are for recruiting!

I can’t believe that we have three more scheduled meetings specifically for my mentorship. We plan to continue to keep up on meetings throughout the weeks.

Coach Woodson took over this meeting by going over the film we have previously looked over. He went through scenarios of recruiting in person, recruiting via software, and preparing for a game.

He then went over the different packages and formations….yet again. It is just not my strong suite, but I am working toward being more competent and knowledgeable of the formations and packages. Coach Woodson mentioned that he was going over everything because, this last week, he was letting me take over for the last three days. So he had me

-Find random film

-Find blank diagrams of formations and packages to identify

He explained he would have different scenarios for me to go through each day! He wants to check my competency for the majority of things we have gone over before.
