More options for Recruiting

So, we decided to come back for the topic of recruiting athletes from junior colleges or different smaller colleges. Coach Woodson mentions that the transfer portal changes every single day. He opened the transfer portal that he has, and I have never been so confused in my life. This portal has athletes throughout the NCAA who wish to transfer to a different school. He notes that he and the other coaches looked through the portal as well when they were recruiting. They were able to look at these athletes and pick who would be a good fit at Notre Dame College. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the portal. I would like to look over it again and take the steps to look over the athlete and their film. It was a lot to process in comparison to looking at the assigned areas of the high schools.

We had looked over X/Twitter again. We didn’t spend much time on the app, but we were able to look again at key terms if I were looking to recruit from the X app.

We talked about the use of different softwares for recruiting. He mentioned that I should do more research on the different software used at different schools.
